Ingredients:
3 md Tomatillos, fresh; husked
-and washed
2    Cloves garlic; unpeeled
3    Chiles chipotles in adobe
-sauce; seeded
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Water
2 ts Adobe sauce from chiles;
-optional

Roast the tomatillos until blackened and soft. Roast the garlic until soft,
then peel and chop. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree. If
smokier flavored is desired, add a teaspoon or two of the sauce from the
chiles chipotle
