Ingredients:
3 c  Milk
1/2 c  Long grain rice
1/3 c  Raisins
1 tb Butter
1/4 c  Sugar
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon

In heavy med saucepan bring milk to boiling; stir in uncooked rice,
raisins & 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover; cook over low heat, stirring
occasionally, for 30 to 40 minutes or till most of the milk is
absorbed. (Mixture may appear to be curdled.) Spoon into dessert
dishes. Dot with butter & sprinkle with a mixture of the sugar &
cinnamon. Serves 6.
