Ingredients:
1 tb Butter or margarine 1 c Cubed cooked pork 1/2 c Uncooked noodles 10 1/2 oz Cream of chicken soup, can -ned, condensed 8 3/4 oz Can whole kernel corn, -undrained 1 tb Sliced pimiento 1/2 c Sharp Cheddar cheese -shredded 1/4 c Finely chopped green pepper
1. Place 1 tablespoon butter in a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat- resistant,
non-metallic casserole. Heat, uncovered, in e Oven 30 seconds. 2.
Add pork and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes. Drain off excess
fat. 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 4. Heat, covered, in
Microwave Oven 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir
occasionally.
