Ingredients:
2 c All-purpose flour 3/4 c Cornmeal 2 ts Baking powder 2 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Salt 1 3/4 c Milk 1 Egg beaten 1/2 lb Bulk pork sausage
Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix in rest of ingredients. Spoon batter into
greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until
golden brown.
