Ingredients:
1 ts Meat tenderizer 4 Cube steaks 1 tb Dry mustard 3 tb Worcestershire sauce 1/2 ts Pepper
Combine dry ingredients, then spread on both sides of meat. Let stand for
10 minutes. In large skillet melt 1/4 cup of hot butter. Add steaks. Saute
until brown, about 3 minutes. Turn, then sprinkle worcestershire sauce on
and cook another 2 minutes.
