Ingredients:
2 Zucchini,sliced 1/2" thick 2 tb Water 1/4 ts Dried leaf thyme,crumbled 1/8 ts Dried leaf mint,crumbled 1 ts Butter or margarine
Coat nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Saute zucchini until
lightly browned, 1 minute. Add water, thyme, mint; cook 2-3 minutes until
tender. Add butter.
