Ingredients:
8 To 12 lemons, juice of 1 lg Head garlic; peel, mince 1/4 c Fresh parsley, mince 2 tb Olive oil 2 tb Water 3 lb Chicken parts Salt and pepper
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Put chicken in pan. Mix juice,
garlic, parsley, oil and water. Pour half over chicken and let sit
for 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated 350~ oven for 30 minutes. Turn
pieces and pour remaining sauce over. Bake 20 minutes more.
