5 tb Mayonnaise 1/4 ts Curry powder 1 ts Lemon juice 1 ds Cayenne pepper 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 lb Sea Legs Crabmeat Blend 3/4 c Thawed frozen peas 1/2 c Thinly sliced celery 1/4 c Chopped green onions 1/3 c Dry roasted peanuts or Cashews 1 1/2 c Shredded red cabbage Mandarin oranges
In med bowl combine mayo, curry, lemon juice, cayenne & salt. Toss
with crabmeat, peas, celery, green onions & nuts. Cover; refrigerate
to blend flavors. Serve on shredded cabbage & garnish with oranges.
