Ingredients:
2 c Flour 1/2 ts Baking powder 1 tb Anise seed 3 Eggs, room temp. 1 c Plus 2 tb sugar 1/2 ts Salt
1. Sift flour, measure, and sift again
with baking powder.
2. Beat eggs and sugar at medium for 30 minutes.
3. Add flour mixture and beat 3 minutes.
4. Add anise seed.
5. Drop by teaspoons on greased and floured cookie
sheets.
6. Dry overnight.
7. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 12 minutes.
