1/4 c Vegetable oil (not olive -oil) 2 tb Soy sauce 1 ts Sesame oil 2 Garlic cloves, finely -chopped 1 ts Crushed red pepper 1 Red bell pepper, roasted 1/2 lb Uncooked spaghetti, or -other long thin pasta Black and white sesame -seeds to garnish
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1 Cook the pasta according to
-the package directions.
-Drain.
2 Peel, seed and julienne the
-roasted red pepper.
3 In a small bowl, thoroughly
-mix the oil, soy sauce,
-sesame oil,
Garlic and crushed red
-pepper.
4 lb The oil mixture over the
-cooked pasta and toss. Let
-the
pasta sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend. 5. Garnish with
the roasted red pepper julienne strips and the sesame seeds. Makes 2
