Ingredients:
8 lg Fresh shiitake mushrooms 2 tb Vegetable oil 1 tb Mirin or sweet sherry 1 tb Soy sauce 1/2 ts Sugar
Cut off and discard tough mushroom stems and cut caps into wedges. Heat oil
in skillet. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until almost tender. Add mirin, soy
sauce and sugar and toss to coat mushrooms.
