Ingredients:
2 ts Garlic powder 1/2 ts Basil 1/2 ts Oregano 2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Coriander 1/2 ts Cumin 1/4 ts Turmeric 1 pn Ginger 1 c Sherry 1/3 c Olive oil 1 tb Lemon juice 2 1/4 lb Lamb (cut in 1 1/2" cubes) 1/3 c Brandy
Blend all seasonings with sherry, oil & juice in mixing bowl. Add meat
cubes. Marinate overnight or at least 8 hours. Place meat on skewers.
Leave small gaps between each piece. Broil 3 minutes on each side.
Place skewers on platter when cooked. Pour brandy over. Ignite
carefully. Serve while flaming.
