Ingredients:
3 c COURT BOUILLON 1 1/2 lb Large fresh shrimp 2 c Cooked & drained fettuccine Noodles 1 1/2 c CREOLE SAUCE 1/2 c Coarsely grated med cheddar Cheese 1/2 c Coarsely grated old cheddar Cheese 1/2 c Coarsely grated swiss or Havarti
Preheat oven to 400. Bring court to boil. Add shrimp & simmer just
until cooked through, 3-5 minutes. Cool, peel & devein. Place noodles
in greased shallow dish. Spread shrimp over noodles; pour sauce
evenly over. Combine cheeses & sprinkle over sauce. Bake 25-30
minutes or until cheese is melted & gold.
