Ingredients:
1/2 lb Cooked shrimp -or- 2 cn (4.25-oz) shrimp; rinsed and -drained 1 pk (3-oz) cream chesse; -softened 1/3 c Thousand island dressing 1/3 c Mayonnaise 2 tb Grated or chopped onion 1 ts Horseradish
Serve with crakers,veggies,tortilla chips, or for a change use crabmeat
instead of shrimp. This also works well as a special salad dressing. Also
you can spread this on garlic bread, and sprinkle parmesan chesse,then heat
under the broiler for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish. In a
large bowl, combine chopped shrimp with reamining ingredients; mix well.
Spoon misture into serving bowl, granish with reserved shrimp, and chill.
Makes 2-1/2 cups.
