Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb Peeled & deveined shrimp 1 Recipe COURT BOUILLON 1 tb Cornstarch 1/8 ts Salt 1 ts Lemon juice 3/4 c Sugar 1 c Water 2 c Blueberries
Cook shrimp in bouillon. Drain & chill. Blend cornstarch, salt, lemon
juice & sugar in water. Bring to boil. Add blueberries & simmer 10
minutes. Chill. Pour sauce in dish & arrange shrimp on top.
