Ingredients:
1 lb Jumbo Shrimp
1/4 c  Soy Sauce
3 tb Chinese Rice Wine
1 ts Ginger, minced
1    Galic Clove, minced
2 tb Honey
2 ts Seasame Oil

Shell & devein the shrimp, but leave the tails on. Combine the remaining
ingredients. Pour the dressing over the shrimp. Toss shrimp to coat all
surfaces. Let marinate for 1 hour. Grill shrimps about 4 to 6 inches from
the coals for about 2 minutes per side, or until the flesh is opaque.
