Ingredients:
6 lb Tied roast 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper Vegetables Water BEST EVER GRAVY
Heat oven to 350. Season roast with salt & pepper; place on the
vegetables in roasting pan. Roast 1 1/2 to 2 hours (15 minutes per
lb. for rare, 20 minutes per lb. for medium), turning the roast 2-3
times & adding water to prevent vegetables from burning. Remove roast
to serving platter & keep warm under loose foil tent while making
gravy. Carve meat against grain.
