Ingredients:
1 lb Snow peas 1 c Mushrooms-sliced 2 tb Sesame oil ****seasonings**** 2 tb Sherry 1 ts Sugar 1 ts Soy sauce
Heat the wok and add the oil. When it begins to smoke, add snow peas and
mushrooms. Stir fry 2 minutes, then add seasonings. Stir fry 1 minute and
serve immediately.
