Ingredients:
2 c Milk 3/4 c Sugar 4 Eggs 1/2 c Biscuit mix 1/2 Stick butter or margarine 1 1/2 ts Vanilla 1 c Coconut flakes
Combine all ingredients except the coconut in the container of a blender.
Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie
pan. Let stand 5 minutes; sprinkle with coconut. Bake in 350 degree oven
for
45 minutes.
