Ingredients:
1 tb Butter Or Margarine 1/4 sm Onion 1/4 sm Green Pepper 1/2 sm Garlic Clove 16 oz Tomatoes; Undrained, 1 Can 6 oz Tomato Paste; 1 Can 1 ts Sugar 1/2 ts Dried Oregano Leaves;Crushed 1/2 ts Pepper 1 ds Salt
Put all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until the
onion and green pepper are finely chopped. Simmer, covered, in a saucepan
for 30 minutes. Serve over meat or fish.
Makes 3 cups.
