Ingredients:
2 Onions, thinly sliced and -separated into rings 6 tb Olive oil 4 tb Red wine vinegar 2 tb Or 3 T sugar 2 tb Hot pepper sauce 1/2 ts Salt
1. Drop onions into a large pot of boiling water. Turn off heat
immediately, count rapidly to 30, and drain in a colander. Cool under
running water and drain thoroughly. 2. Mix remaining ingredients together,
add onions, marinate overnight. Serve at room temperature if you can
remember.
