Ingredients:
4 (1 inch thick) lamb loin Chops 1/4 c Olive oil 1 ts Chili powder 1 ts Curry powder 1 Clove garlic, crushed 1/4 c Lemon juice 2 tb Grated onion 1 ts Ground ginger 3/4 ts Salt
Place lamb chops in a shallow container. Combine lemon juice nd remaining
ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops. Cover and marinate in
refrigerator for two hours. Remove lamb chops from marinade. Place chops
on rack in shallow roasting pan; broil six inches from heat for 20 minutes
or to desired doneness, turning once and basting with marinade. 4 servings.
