Ingredients:
3 lb Chicken Oil 1/4 c Apple jelly 1/2 ts Allspice 1 tb Lemon juice
Brush chicken pieces with oil; season with salt & pepper. Place in
broiler pan, skin side down. Broil 5-6″ from heat for 20 minutes or
until lightly browned. Turn; broil 15-20 minutes or until done.
Meanwhile, melt jelly; stir in juice & spice. Brush chicken with 1/2
of the glaze; broil 1-2 minutes more. Remove to platter; brush with
remaining glaze. ** Serve with Honeyed Apple Rings.
