Ingredients:
1 Jar plain artichoke hearts 1 Jar marinated artichoke -hearts 1 cn (6-oz) sliced mushrooms Bread crumbs Butter as needed
Cut up artichokes and mushrooms and marinate overnight in combined liquids
from artichokes and mushrooms. When ready to prepare, place a layer of
mixture in buttered casserole alternating with bread crumbs, ending with
bread crumbs topped with pats of butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40
minutes. Serves 4.
