Ingredients:
3 c Soft bread crumbs 1 tb Bacon drippings 1/4 c Onion; finely chopped 1/4 c Diced bacon; cooked 2 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Water Seasonings 2 lb Dressed fish Soft butter or margarine Lemon wedges
Mix together all ingredients except fish, butter and lemon. Place
stuffing lightly in cavity of fish; do not skewer. Place in greased baking
pan; spread with butter. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until
fish flakes easily. Baste occasionally. Serve with lemon wedges.
