Ingredients:
2 tb Butter or margarine 1 md Onion, finely chopped 1 Clove garlic, -peeled and crushed 2 tb Finely chopped green pepper 3/4 c Catsup 1/4 c Water 1/4 c Cider vinegar 1/4 ts Dry mustard 1/4 c Firm packed dark brown sugar 1/4 ts Salt dr (few) Tabasco sauce,to taste
1. Place butter, onion, garlic and green pepper in a deep, 1 1/2- quart
heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole and heat in e Oven 3 minutes
or until tender. Stir occasionally. 2. Add remaining ingredients; stir well
to combine. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes or until sauce
bubbles. Serve over meat or poultry. Makes 2 1/4 cups
