Ingredients:
1/4 lb Hamburger 4 tb Chopped onion 2 tb Chopped celery 2 tb Chopped green pepper 1/8 ts Tyme 1/4 ts Sugar 1/2 ts Worchestershire sauce 1 1/2 tb Chile sauce 2/3 c Canned tomatoes 1/2 c Water 1/4 c Pearl barley, salt&pepper
Saute beef, onion, celery and green pepper. Pour off fat and stir in rest
of the ingredients and bring to a boil then turn down heat and simmer until
barley is cooked.
