Ingredients:
1/2 c Blackberries 1/4 c Rice wine vinegar 1 tb Brown sugar 1/8 ts Ground ginger 1/4 ts Cinnamon 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper 1/4 c Vegetable oil
Rub berries through fine sieve or food mill to remove seeds & render
pulp & juice. Combine juice, pulp & all ingredients except oil in a
small saucepan. Cook, stirring over low heat until sugar is
dissolved. Allow to cool & whisk in oil.
