Ingredients:
1 c Homemade mayonnaise #1 (see -recipe) 2 tb Finely chopped onion 1 ts Finely minced garlic 1/4 c Finely chopped parsley 1/2 c Sour cream 1 tb Lemon juice 1 tb White vinegar 1/4 c Crumbled Blue cheese Salt to taste; if desired Freshly ground pepper to -taste Cayenne pepper to taste
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Chill for an hour or longer. Yield: About two and one-half cups.
