Ingredients:
2 1/2 lb Beef stew meat 2 c Chopped carrots 2 c Chopped celery 3 Onions, cut up 3 tb Tapioca 1 tb Sugar 1 cn Tomatoes (28 oz size) 1 c Diced potatoes 2 Bay leaves 1/2 c Frozen peas 1 tb Salt 1/2 ts Pepper 3/4 c Hot water
Combine all ingredients into heavy cookware. Bake covered at 250 degrees F
for five hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with dumplings or boiled
potatoes or buttered noodles.
