Ingredients:
4 tb Margarine, pareve 1/2 c Brown sugar, packed 1 ts Orange peel, grated 1/2 c Brandy 8 Med.yams,cooked,peel,slice>> OR 2 1 lb.canned yams, drained>> Sliced.
Melt margarine in large skillet. Add sugar and stir over low heat until
melted. Add yams, orange peel, and brandy and cook over low heat 15 min.
basting yams frequently.
