Ingredients:
1 bn Broccoli
4    Carrots; in strips
2    Onions; slivered
1 c  Waterchestnuts, canned;
-sliced
2 ts Soy sauce

Saute onions, add the rest. Cover and cook 10-15 min., adding more water
if needed.
