Ingredients:
2 pk Frozen chopped broccoli 1 1/2 pk Unflavored gelatin 1 cn Beef bouillon 1 1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Worcestershire (optional) 2 ts Tabasco (optional) 3/4 c Mayonnaise 4 Hard boiled eggs; grated 3/4 c Cottage cheese
Cook broccoli for 2 minutes and drain. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup beef
bouillon; heat remaining bouillon to dissolve gelatin. Then add remaining
ingredients, adding broccoli last. Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Serves
10.
