Ingredients:
1 cn (1 lb) drained potatoes 2 c Sliced cooked carrots 4 Lamb chops (3/4" thick) 1/3 c French dressing 1 ts Seasoned salt
Arrange potatoes & carrots in bottom of broiler pan. Arrange lamb
chops on broiler rack; brush lamb with French dressing. Broil 3-4″
from heat for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt; turn chops.
Brush with French dressing; broil 5-7 minutes longer, basting with
dressing during cooking.
