Ingredients:
1 Egg white 1 c Brown sugar, sifted by - forcing through coarse - sieve with wooden spoon 1 ts Vanilla 2 c Coarsely chopped pecans
Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Add brown sugar and continue
beating until thoroughly mixed. Add vanilla and pecans and stir. Drop by
teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 5-6 minutes in 400F oven.
Allow to cook for 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
