Ingredients:
3 lb Boneless stew meat 1/2 c Oil 3 lg Onions; chopped 2 lg Bell peppers; chopped 3 Cloves garlic; minced 2 cn Whole kernel corn 1 cn Creamed corn 1/2 ts Red pepper Salt & pepper to taste Water
Brown beef in oil; add remaining ingredients and simmer for two hours.
Serves 8.
