Ingredients:
1 c Shortening (part butter) 1 c Brown sugar 2 Eggs 1/3 c Honey 1 ts Vanilla 3 1/2 c Flour 2 ts Soda Apricot jam
Mix shortening, sugar & eggs. Stir in honey & vanilla. Blend together
flour & soda; stir in. Chill until firm. Heat oven to 350. Roll dough
in 1 1/4″ balls. Place on ungreased sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. when
slightly cooled, put together in pairs with jam.
