Ingredients:
1/2 c  Low sodium soy
2    Minced garlic cloves
1/4 c  Sherry
2 ts Honey
4    Halibut steaks

In shallow baking dish combine soy, garlic, sherry & honey. Marinate
fish for 30 minutes each side. Place fish in oiled grill basket.
Grill 5 minutes, turn & baste with marinade. Grill another 5 minutes.
