Ingredients:
8 oz Shiitakes 1 tb Olive oil 1 tb Tamari 1 tb Garlic, crushed 1 ts Rosemary, minced Salt & black pepper 1 ts Maple syrup 1 ts Sesame oil, otional
Rinse mushrooms. Remove & discard stems. Toss
mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5
minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred.
Serve hot.
