Ingredients:
15 oz Ricotta cheese
1/4 lb Mozzarella grated cheese
1 tb Finely chopped parsley
3 tb Grated parmaesan cheese
2 ts Sugar
1    Lightly beaten egg

Combine all ingredients, blending & mixing well. Fill uncooked
Manicotti using a tsp. or small knife. Cook following EASY METHOD.
