Ingredients:
2 1/2 c Shredded coconut 1/3 c Flour 1/8 ts Salt 2/3 c Sweetened condensed milk 1 ts Vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease an EKCO Bakers Secret Cookie Sheet.
2. Toss coconut with flour and salt. Add sweetened condensed milk and
vanilla; mix well. Drop batter by quarter-cupfuls one inch apart onto
prepared cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan;
cool on wire rack. Makes about 18 macaroons.
