Ingredients:
2 c  Hot cooked rice
4    Boneless skinless chicken
Halves cooked
2 c  Cups velveeta cheese salsa
Dip

Arrange rice on serving platter; top with chicken and velveeta cheese
spread salsa dip. Garnish with bell and jalepeno peppers. Makes 4 servings
