Ingredients:
4 c Chicken; cooked, diced 4 c Celery; chopped 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Monosodium glutamate 1 c Chopped toasted almonds 2 tb Grated onion 2 tb Lemon juice 2 c Mayonnaise Potato chips Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients, except potato chips and Parmesan cheese, in a shallow
baking dish. Crush potato chips and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese. Bake without lid at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
