Ingredients:
5 lb Pork butt roast (cut into -1" cubes) 2 cn 14 oz. chicken broth 1 tb Cumin (can vari to taste) 2 ts Salt 2 ts Pepper 1 lg Can green chilis (chop -yourself) 1 lg White onion
Put all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on high for about 6 hours. You
can cook for longer. Just before serving add thickner to desired
consistency.
I suggest Wondra it doesnt lump and works almost instantly. Chile Verde
