Ingredients:
---BILLS20086--- 1 lb Chicken; skinless, boneless - cut in cubes 1 tb Cooking oil 1 md Onion; chopped 1 sm Green pepper; chopped 1 Garlic clove; minced 15 oz Hormel chili, no beans 14 oz Chrushed tomatoes 1 pk Success rice; cooked ds Hot pepper sauce 3/4 c Pepper flavored Jack cheese; - shredded
In large skillet, saute chicken until no longer pink; set adise. In same
skillet, cook onion, peppers and garlic until tender; drain. Stir in chili
and crushed tomatoes. Add rice and hot pepper sauce; add reserved chicken.
Stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes in skillet. Top with shredded cheese.
