---FOR POULTRY AND PORK--- Peel of 1 lemon Peel of 1 orange 1/2 c Soy sauce 1/2 c Oyster sauce 1/2 ts Ginger root; chopped 2 Garlic cloves 1 tb Fresh cilantro; chopped 1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper 1 Small bay leaf 2 tb Honey
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups
