Ingredients:
3/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Softened lightly salted -butter or margarine 1 Egg 1 (1-oz) square melted -semisweet chocolate 1 tb Bourbon 1 ts Vanilla 1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 c Chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400F, prepare pans. In a bowl mix first three ingredients.
In another bowl cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy, beat in
chocolate, egg, bourbon & vanilla. Add dry mix to wet mix until just
combined, stir in chips & nuts. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins or
until done. Makes 9. These muffins freeze well.
