Ingredients:
12 oz Semisweet chocolate, broken Into chunks 12 oz Unsweetened chocolate, Broken into chunks 8 oz Heavy cream 2 tb Coffee liqueur Assorted dipping foods
Melt chocolates in top of boiler over low heat. Pour cream in slowly,
blending well. Add liqueur. Pour melted mix into fondue pot, & heat
over low flame, being careful not to scorch chocolate. Dipping foods
may be: banana chunks, banana bread & cinnamon flavored cakes are
particularly good with this dip.
