Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Cake flour (not all-purpose) 3/4 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt 1 ts B. soda 1 1/3 c Cocoa 1 ts Vinegar 1 ts Cinnamon 1/3 c Oil 1 ts Vanilla 3/4 c Water 1 cn Cherry pie filling
Mix & sift all dry ingredients. Slowly mix in remaining ingredients. Put
3/4 c of cherry pie filling in bottom of e bundt cake dish. Put the
rest of cherry pie filling in cake batter. Pour into the cake dish & bake
in microwave for 9 min on 50% heat. Than turn & bake for an additional 3-4
on high. Top may look moist. That is ok. Cover cake while still in dish
with a towel for about 1-2 min., then turn out on dish.
