Ingredients:
1/2 c Butter 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Flour 1 c Water 4 Eggs 1/2 c Heavy cream 6 oz Chocolate chips 2 tb Shortening Whipped cream, sweetened
Bring 1 c water and butter to boil. Add flour all at once. Best over
low heat until it leaves sides of pans. Beat one egg in at a time
with mixer until smooth and satiny. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet.
450 deg for fifteen minutes. Reduce temp to 350 deg for thirty
minutes. Cool. Combine cream, chocolate chips, and shortening; fold
into whipped cream. Cut slits in eclairs and fill with mixture. Frost
with chocolate.
